Rodents Invading Your Home

The people of  Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, Jacksonville, and other area surrounding the Space Coast have to prepare for the beginning of cooler temperatures.  Awesome right?  Yeah!  However, there is one problem that can not be over looked when these awesome temperatures move in.   Rodents will routinely begin to find a warm place to live.  That means your home or business could be a prime target for unwanted guests like rats to move in.  So here's a few suggestions for all of us to remember.  First thing to remember, is they are looking for an easy way to get into your home or business.  All trees that are located around your home must be trimmed back so there is no "natural bridge" that leads them right to the roof.  Second, check your foundation.  Allot of older homes have crawl spaces that can become a big problem.  Especially, check to make sure that there are no holes in the cover screens around your foundation.  Third,  you must remove and  destroy any debris like piles of wood that may be against your home.  Rats love debris!  Forth, you must keep your grass well cut if you live out in the country.  They are timid unless they feel they can be unseen in their movements.  All you need to do is take some time out of your busy schedule to tidy things up around the home, and the problem of rodents can be prevented.  If you have any questions about or need a regular routine service to control of rodents, give us a call!  We service Volusia, Flagler, Duval and other counties around the Space Coast area.  We are here to help!
